Protocol Covid-19

Subject: Protocol Covid-19, riverleaf

The steps and agreements below are based on the protocol drawn up by the professional fields at the national level. This protocol can be found via this link

You can see all agreements and steps that apply to us below. That way you know where you stand. Only by adhering to this can we guarantee each other's safety as well as possible.

Before making an appointment, answer the following questions for yourself:

1.   Have you been diagnosed with Covid 19 the past 14 days?
2. Did any of the people you have been in contact with during the last 14 days, have been diagnosed with Covid 19?
3. Did you have any of the following symptoms during the last 14 days: Fever (more than 38 Celcius), sneezing, coughing, pain in the throat, difficulty breathing or common cold?

If one or more of the questions are answered with a "Yes", treatment is not possible.

If you develop health issues on the day of your appointment, you can temporarily reschedule your appointment free of charge.

Rules where we keep for your and our health

  • Be on time (max. 10 minutes in advance) so that you don't have to wait;

  • Preferably wear comfortable clothes so you don't need to dress;

  • Bring your own blanket if you feel cold easily;

  • If indicated by your practitioner, bring your own face mask;

  • Before leaving home, wash your hands with soap or disinfectant gel;

  • Upon entering there is the opportunity to disinfect your hands;

  • Touch as little as possible in the practice room;

  • We may keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters;

  • Sneeze or cough into a tissue that you immediately throw away in the trash;

  • After sneezing from coughing, wash your hands with disinfectant gel soap;

  • If indicated by your practitioner, we both wear a mask during the treatment;

  • When you leave the practice, you can wash your hands again with disinfection gel.

What you can expect from me:

  • Appointments are planned in such a way that there is enough time to clean up the practice in between;

  • During the treatment I may wear a mouth mask;

  • After the treatment I wash my hands with soap or disinfectant gel;

  • After the treatment, I disinfect all surfaces and contact points and I air the room;

  • If I develop healthy issues myself in the meantime, I will immediately cancel all appointments already made.

Despite all the precautions taken, the chance remains, however small, that you will become infected in practice or on your way here. By making the appointment you agree to this risk.

all the best,
