My name is Lichun Tseng.

Having multiple passions as an artist, filmmaker, and spiritual practitioner, I have woven creativity and meditation into a path of well-being that I continue to develop and share with others. I am passionate about creating journeys and spaces where people can reconnect with their true selves and live life aligned with their hearts. I believe that individual balance is where positive vibration begins.

From Touch to Balance

My well-being journey began with Thai yoga massage, drawn to its holistic, grounded, hands-on approach. Through this practice, I gradually realized how deeply giving I was — and how little I allowed myself to receive.

From Separation to Connection

After a major life change, self-sabotage and self-criticism led me into a period of deep depression. Yoga and meditation became my path of recovery and inquiry. Daily practice and inner work guided me through challenges and transformation. Since then, I have remained a lifelong student and dedicated practitioner, continually deepening my practice while sharing it with sensitive, intuitive, conscious, and creative beings.

 

From Reflection to Liberation

Expanding my practice into sound therapy felt like a natural continuation — an exploration of self-awareness, resonance, and listening, learning to understand and receive insight through both resistance and harmony.

 

In my classes and sessions, I offer a space where body and mind can rest and breathe. I invite gentle listening, subtle awareness, and the quiet unfolding of your own rhythm. Often weaving together fields of sound and silence, I support presence, reflection, and inner alignment. Each moment becomes an opportunity to simply be — present, grounded, and at peace.
