Seasonal Practice is a space to slow down with that movement.
To listen.
To return to your own rhythm.
This is an online field of guided practice, held across the rhythm of the seasons.
Each season opens a small series of shared sessions —
a space to arrive, to soften, and to meet what is unfolding within you.
The Practice
Each session unfolds as a gradual descent into presence.
Through Yoga Nidra, breath, gentle movement, sound meditation, and reflective practice,
you are invited to listen from within — without needing to shape or fix anything.
There is space for journaling, and space for silence.
Space to feel, and space to not know.
Each gathering closes with a short integration,
allowing what has been touched to settle.

Structure
Each season includes:
Three live online sessions ( 2h15 each )
A small, held group
Replay access available throughout the season
Gentle journaling prompts between sessions
The sessions are not something to complete —
they are something to move with, at your own rhythm.
