FULL MOON IMMERSION reflective sound meditation with frame drum

 

The full moon brings illumination and culmination. This immersion supports conscious release and recalibration.
You will be guided through:

  • structured reflection and journaling


  • breath and grounding practices


  • rhythmic drum meditation


  • integration time


The steady drum rhythm anchors the nervous system while creating space for emotional clarity and insight.
 Participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more internally aligned.

Transitional Journey —
Yoga Nidra · Elemental Yin · Sound Meditation


 


A liminal practice for seasonal renewal and insight

Held at the thresholds between seasons, this immersion supports conscious transition rather than unconscious drift.


Each gathering is designed to regulate the nervous system, create spacious awareness, and guide participants gently across seasonal shifts.


Each immersion includes:
- grounding and arrival


- Yin Yoga aligned with the elemental transition of the season


- guided Yoga Nidra for deep integration


- sound meditation for recalibration


- quiet reflection and closing ritual


 

  • Autumn → Winter  (Metal - Water)

From Descent to Restoration


(Late November – Mid December)

 

A practice of conserving energy and honoring inner quiet.
As the external world accelerates, this immersion offers a deliberate descent — inviting participants to slow, distill, and restore.
The focus is on nervous system regulation, internal reflection, and preparing the body-mind for winter’s inward rhythm.

  • Winter → Spring. (Water - wood)

 

From Stillness to Bloom

(Late February – Mid March)


A gentle emergence from stillness into clarity.
Rather than pushing toward premature activation, this immersion supports gradual awakening — clarifying intention and cultivating steady momentum aligned with the body’s natural timing.
