45min intro + chakra meditation

60min yin yoga

60min sound meditation

15min journaling + reflecting + sharing

What to bring:

your own yoga mat.  (if you don't have one, please let me know)

a notebook/journal & pen

optional: there will be a set of blocks, a blanket, bolster in my place; if you prefer yours, feel free to bring your own and anything you might need.

It will be a program of 3 hours, in between practices there will be just a quick break for you to go to the bathroom, or drink water; we will hold the safe space in silence together, giving each other the space to go within for themselves for the entire practices. There will be a little shoring & connection time at the end of the program.
