UNWIND - SOUND & DEEP REST
A space to slow down, soften, and return.
There are moments when the body feels tired,
the mind is full,
and something in you is ready to unwind.
This is a gentle space to lie down, listen, and rest.
Through sound and a Yoga Nidra–inspired guided rest,
you are invited into a deeper state of settling —
where nothing needs to be done,
and nothing needs to be understood.
Just space to soften.
Space to receive.
Space to be.
THE PRACTICE
This is a 60-minute guided experience of deep rest through sound and stillness.
It unfolds as one continuous field:
A soft arrival into presence
A Yoga Nidra–inspired guided rest
A live sound journey with singing bowls, gong, monochord, voice, or gentle instruments
A quiet closing space for integration before returning
Within the guided rest, there is a gentle co-created element,
where simple words or intentions shared in the space are woven softly into the unfolding practice.
Nothing is required.
Nothing needs to be shaped or held.
You may rest, drift, or simply listen.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This space is for you if you are:
- feeling tired, overwhelmed, or mentally full
- needing rest, grounding, or replenishment
- drawn to stillness, softness, and simplicity
- wanting to pause without needing to process anything
You are welcome as you are.
PRACTICAL
This is an online session,
experienced horizontally from your own space.
You are invited to create a quiet place
where you can lie down and listen without interruption.
Headphones are recommended,
as they allow the sound to be received more intimately and fully.
You may wish to have a blanket or cushions nearby,
so your body can rest with ease.
A replay recording will remain available for 10 days,
allowing space for return and integration.
