PRESENT PRACTICE
A free online offering from Riverleaf

Present Practice is a free online offering from Riverleaf — a space of care, rest, and shared presence.

It began from a simple intention: to make rest, listening, and inner reconnection more accessible beyond paid sessions and programmes. This practice is created especially for artists, creatives, sensitive people, and anyone longing for a quieter moment to pause, listen inward, and return to themselves.

It may also be a supportive space for those moving through tender, uncertain, or overwhelming times — especially when rest, softness, and inner listening feel needed but not always easy to access.

Each gathering is 60 minutes and includes guided rest, sound, and gentle reflection.

You are invited to arrive as you are, soften at your own pace, and reconnect with your own rhythm.

Present Practice is held four times a year, around the natural turning points of the seasons.

A gentle note: Present Practice is a gentle supportive space, but it is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you are currently experiencing acute crisis, psychosis, severe depression, or feel unable to safely engage with inner reflective practice, please seek appropriate professional support. You are also welcome to contact me beforehand if you are unsure whether this practice is suitable for you.
